They took away my old machine, brought the new machine, hooked everything up, and showed me the differences between my old machine and my new machine. He even picked up the part that was likely needed even before the job was confirmed, so that he would be prepared to perform the service over the weekend if necessary! If he hadn’t, we would have needed to delay the repair. It was a kind thing to do and much appreciated. Joseph replaced the faulty part in the washer/dryer and while the machine was open, also secured wires to protect against future potential problems. I had honestly anticipated the repair process to be stressful and time-consuming but it was the absolute opposite. If we need service in the future, we will not hesitate to contact Joseph."
