"Talked with Carla over the phone. That was my first initial contact with Clean Choice. Very prompt, helpful and friendly. We then met in person at my home. Again, very prompt, professional, helpful and kind. On the day of the service, Carla also accompanied the crew (three girls) to show them what needed to be done. They did an amazing job!! Very professional and kind. I am going to have them help with a deep clean on my house before we move in and then use them on a regular basis after that. "Knowing nothing about dryer vent cleaning, I researched it online so I knew what to expect and what it would cost. Of the three businesses homeadvisor.com listed, Rob called me right away, explained what he would do and quoted a price at the low end of what I expected to pay, so we scheduled a time without waiting for another call. He gave a two-hour window of when he would come and called when he was on his way. He cheerfully answered my questions, cleaned the vent, and cleaned up before he left. (One of the other companies called several days later, and I never did hear from the third. ) I appreciate that this is a locally-owned business where I was able to deal directly with the owner."
