I also hired them to remove some shrub trunks from my neighbor’s front yard on my dime. They removed some 16 huge arborvitaes, ground the stumps, filled in and leveled the ground and applied grass seed and straw. 9 days after completion, the grass seed is sprouting and I’m pleased that Johnnys could do the entire job for me. I highly recommend this tree service."

The crews arrived promptly on the days they were scheduled to come, worked very hard throughout the day, and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. They worked for two solid days. "Kyle and his crew arrived on the day they said they would. The communication with them went well. They cut every limb and tree we requested, made sure I was satisfied, then were willing to get out the equipment again and cut one more limb that I decided needed to go. They were polite and professional. Our trees look so much better! Their cleanup afterwards was also good, which I appreciated. I would definitely hire them for any future work on my trees."

"The dead elm tree towered over the DTE Energy electric power lines and numerous cable wires. It was located at the junction of four yards and fences. In spite of the close quarters, Dittman Tree Service exhibited true professionalism and did a Truly Outstanding Job!!"

"Cons: they rescheduled with us 3-4 times because they had more important customers apparently. Spike climbed my healthy oak without asking or warning: this is very bad for the tree and could eventually kill it. At a minimum it needs to be treated as a result. Borderline unsafe workers. I watched one guy nearly pulled off the roof grabbing large roped sections of log being swung down. Pros: cheapest quoted price to take down my large tree. You get what you pay for. Cleaned up and hauled away everything well."
