In two and a half days Javier, and his crew completely restored the hardwood floors in 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room and den. They look brand new and I could not be happier. Javier, I'm looking forward to the new kitchen and laundry room flooring when you're available!"

He began our project on a Saturday, with a helper he sanded both rooms and applied the first coat of finish the same day. He finished up the following Monday. Very conscientious about cleanliness and keeping dust to a minimum. Repeatedly apologized about the noise, which was unavoidable. "For the most part, I was happy with Mario's work. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the oven was higher than the counter about a quarter inch while the back of the oven is flush with the counter. Before the kitchen floor was replaced with laminates, the entire oven was flush with the counter, and the reason was the laminate was installed under the front legs of the oven where the floor was bare before that caused the oven front to be elevated."
