"We've had them do work over a dozen times. We are a HOA, and consist of five buildings which are condominiums. The first time we hired them to paint, we just don't do business with anybody besides River City Painting. They've done board replacement where necessary, along with trim work repairs, but they specialize in painting. They do what they say they will do, exactly, and they stick to schedule.
