"A couple of these items required creative problem solving. Terrell figured out solutions that previous repair attempts had missed. I am very pleased with the results. Heavy drapes were dragging on the floor even after 2 others had "fixed" them. Terrell devised an aesthetic and effective solution. He also devised a solid reinstallation of an overhead grill so I can change the air filter. He put in a needed second garage door button, fixed a garbage disposal, repaired a door knob, installed door pulls, and more. I'd recommend him on the ability to repair alone, but he also welcomes homeowner suggestions and explains how things work. Altogether a very good experience. "The shutter replacement went very well and everyone was very complementary about the new shutters. The laundry area door replacement ended up nice but I had/still have concerns. The source of the concern is that the original opening the old door hung in was not square. The installer ended up using a lot of filler to make it look right. So right now everything is great. I am a little concerned about the filled area over time."

"All in all, very happy with Gary the sales manager and the installation team, Gary is a great guy! They were quick t to respond and come out for an estimate, we got a total of three estimates. Once we committed to Gary and ordered, the window and door were ready before time promised and the install team was efficient and professional. In retrospect, the window/door quality are good, even above average...but at one time, we were thinking of a very expensive, maybe wood frame, but those prices were triple+ the amount we paid. So in reality, what we received and price paid through this company, we got a great job done and above average quality product. Yes, we would highly recommend and use them again!"
