Even though it is a small kitchen, it was a complex job, due to the layout change, sub-floor and window replacement, as well as extending one of the walls. Kris, the project manager, did an excellent job coordinating the work as well as helping out with design features. The job was completed timely (despite city inspection delays) and without issues. He was the only one who offered design ideas at the initial meeting. I wanted to build an ADU. They handled everything from design to permits. "Fred and his team did a great job remodeling our kitchen and downstairs bathroom. They did it in the time frame given. His team was very professional and clean up well. Fred gave helpful suggestions and ideas but wasn't pushy about it. I also liked that he has a showroom to pick out materials. We love our kitchen and bathroom. I would use him again and have already recommended him to a couple of people. Some things to keep in mind: You do need to call Fred to get updates as he doesn't always call to let you know what is going on that day or week. He's busy so it's understandable. At the end of the remodel, Fred told us to use the kitchen for a few weeks and we will find little things that need touch up and fixing. He said to put a list together and then they will come back and fix. I really appreciated this. He eventually did come through but it took a few calls before getting them out."
