They both worked efficiently, completing each task required, were courteous and professional. Very easy to talk to and very pleasant to work with. "Ryan came over to give me an estimate and was really great. Another company had tried to upsell me and tell me I needed a whole new drain tile system, but Ryan, probably costing himself money, assured me that a new sump pump would solve the problem for a fraction of the cost. <br /> After that, communication was an issue. After I sent in my deposit, nobody got back to me about when the job would happen. Even after they cashed my check, I had to call three days later and get the information myself. And even then, I was just told a couple of days as a range. Every piece of information, be it getting the final estimate, booking the job, or getting the date for the job, I had to initiate contact every time. It was kind of like pulling teeth. <br /> When the crew did come, they worked Friday for about four hours and then left, saying they would finish the job Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning. They didn't come back at all that weekend and none of my phone calls or messages were returned. It was extremely frustrating. I understand that things come up and appointments are missed, but to not call and let me know and make me wait around my house all weekend was totally unprofessional. <br /> However, when they did finally come back on Monday, they got the job done and it looked great. They did a very professional job and they worked their a**** off. I really appreciate that. The communication problems were frustrating, but the job itself, when completed, was excellent. <br /> <br />"

"Jamie did a fantastic job. I am very happy with his work. Very professional and expert. He came with few of his guys and finished the work in a day. Even though it took couple of calls to get them to come back to remove wood boards and fix my lawn, Jamie was very responsive. Some of his people may not understand the details. But he did a California style patio for me. And I am very happy with his work."

I explained That I had no idea what I wanted,and i was looking for ideas. He thought I should talk with Becky the designer. After meeting with her and explaining kind of what we were thinking,she went to work. A week later my backyard was completed and I couldn't be happier they were fast, neat and cleaned up everything. Land mark did such a good job we had them reseed the entire yard and install brick edging around the front yard. Once again they did a great job. Terry and Becky were knowledgeable and fun to work with. Even though the price was a little more than I planned on spending you get what you pay for and it was worth every penny. I would use them again without a second thought and you should too. <br />"

"excellent, when problems arose with the old sink and the weight of the tile on the countertop, they reinforced the cabinet walls for just the cost of materials. Even with the extra repairs they still finished the job ahead of schedule, and on budget. The workers were very friendly and professional, and were quick to answer any questions that I had. I am having them come back in the spring to build a flagstone patio and firepit in my back yard."
