Tom was upfront with us about extra problems that may occur with replacing our front door so we decided that we would hold off on that project. He did give us an estimate for the install of the ceiling fan. He explained that he was booked for this month but that if he had a cancellation or a free hour at some point he would call. He called that same week and he came over and installed the fan for us. He was very professional, easy to talk to, and offered alternate suggestions for our front door situation.
