I am a retired senior citizen who was out of town when a major windstorm uprooted a tree that landed on my house, putting a hole in the roof, along with tearing down all of the siding, and destroying the Soffitt, Fascia, gutters and downspouts. BBS immediately secured a tarp on the roof to prevent further damage, assessed the situation and presented an estimate for the needed repairs/replacement. They then worked closely with my insurance adjuster to agree on a fair price. Their customer service and attention to detail is exemplary. "I cannot speak highly enough of Tom and Brad Green of Colonial Restorations. We have lived in our antique house for 16 years now, and like most old homes, some of its previous repairs were good, some not so good. Tom Green worked on this house for its previous owners, and his work was, by far, the best in the house. So, we continued to use Colonial - Tom, then Tom and Brad - as we learned the ropes about caring for an old house - our first house, old or new. Over the years, they have replaced sills and posts and beams, and rebuilt parts of our loose stone foundation. Most recently, they replaced the last original posts in our basement, (one of which was a tree trunk still with bark on it), including pouring new custom footings, in advance of our finally cementing the dirt floor. The work here is never easy - nothing is level, nothing is square - but the Greens' end result has always been beautiful - strong and made to last. Their prices are fair and without hidden costs....maybe not the lowest bid you might get, but you know it's a real bid that they will stand behind. They triage projects for us, giving us an idea of what other items will likely need attention in the next few years. We're not done with this house yet....we've never won the lottery, and there's always another repair..... and plan to use them again soon. I feel confident knowing that the next owners of this house, whoever they might be, will see the quality of the work and know that we cared enough to have the right people help us with the ongoing repair and maintenance of a 275+ year old house. I am a real person, a real customer, with no ties to the company, and was more than happy to write this review."

"Betho Construction delivered excellent service and replaced my roof with professionalism and courtesy. In addition to pictures that were taken of my actual roof before I decided to use their services, unlike the other two companies that I considered, Betho was the only company that did not ask about my marital status! Luis, the owner, was professional and focused only on delivering quality service for a long-lasting roof. I chose them also because they used Owens Corning shingles, which gave me peace of mind and comfort. The crew arrived on time and worked expeditiously for over a day and a half until the job was done. They also cleaned up all nails and materials when they finished their work. Because I was beginning to have a problem with bats and flying squirrels, I then had Betho Construction come back and install galvanized steel ridge protectors on my roof to keep the animals out! That project was done in a professional manner and was completed in half a day. I would use Betho Construction at any time based on the two jobs they have now done for me. I highly recommend this company!"

"Generally, I was pleased with the work. There were some scheduling issues (scheduled to start on a day, but didn't read through the texts to confirm, so didn't show up that day), but once they started the work, it was done in relatively good time. There was a pricing issue as well, in that we had contracted to have the siding repaired and replaced, but we didn't notice that the estimate did not include painting. When we asked about painting, we were told it was no problem. Once we received the quote for the painting however, we decided it was too much money, and said not to do the painting (via phone conversation and via text). The painting was done anyway, and though the cost for it was more than we had wanted to pay, it was already done and so we were stuck with having to pay additional money for it (though David did reduce the cost somewhat, which was helpful). There was also a quality issue with the work. However, when we called David and told him about the issue, he came to our house immediately to work through it, then stayed at the house with his employee and made sure everything was corrected. I was very impressed with David's willingness to correct mistakes and make sure we were satisfied. I would hire Rhinosite again, but I would be extra-extra-diligent in any and all communications with them."

"I added a dormer to our house, and part of the project was to replace the roof for the entire house. WR Construction replaced my neighbor's house last December, and I was astonished by their performance, so I asked them to provide a quote for our roof and the wood siding for the new dormer. Their price was very competitive and included all quality materials, so I awarded them the job. All materials and a dumpster arrive on a Wednesday. Thursday morning, William and 8 of his crew arrived and went to work. They covered the ground around the entire house and draped tarps from the roof edges to tarps on the ground, so the home and shrubs were protected from the debris sliding off the roof. The entire roof was stripped by 9 am. The debris was shoveled into wheelbarrows and loaded into the dumpster by 11. They installed new drip edges, water & ice, chimney flashing, and a water barrier. 5-6 nail guns install shingles for our 5000 SF house in about 5 hours. They even did our shed and the wood siding for the dormer. They were done cleaning up by 6 pm, and I was thrilled with their work. I HIGHLY recommend WR Construction!!!"
