I also received a 4 ear warranty, when the rest of the bids we got offered only a two year warranty In the first year, we had a number of callbacks to fix minor defects. At times it could be trying to get someone to come and fix them, but eventually they came and repaired the defects we found at the time. There are still defects to fix. The bad news is that, as far as I can tell, this company is out of business. I called the owner's cell phone and the company phone, and both are no longer in service. The company web site is no longer available. NM Better Business Bureau's web site states that it believes that the company is no longer in business."

"We needed someone to install tile around the bathtub at an apartment unit we own. Joey at 2 Daughters Handyman came to the rescue. He quoted us a fair price based on what we could see. However, once he started the work other complications were discovered such as mold behind the existing wall. Joey and his crew were able to take care of each issue and charged us a fair amount for the extra work performed. We were very impressed with his willingness to get the job done in a timely manner. He even went to two or three places on his own to find the tile we wanted. We will definitely use 2 Daughters again and would recommend them to anyone needing his services.

"I researched and purchased my own shingles. $5,500 labor cost. Jose is the best at whatever job for which he commits. Roofing is his specialty. They were fast, tidy, and professional. When the inspector signed off on the job, he stated that it was a first-class installation. I love my new roof. We call Jose first for every job around our home. He shows up when he says he will and does what he says he will do.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

It did not get the whole thing done. I was more preventative and they only did half of it. I did not know that it was going to take so long. I was only able to get half of it done, they did do what was said in the advertisement. I could not afford to have the rest of it done. It has been too difficult to deal with. I did pay for a couple of extra hours. They came out a couple of weeks after I made the purchase. The quality was good for what they were supposed to do."
