"<p>Kevin and his tile man Wyatt Wilcox did a excellent job.   <br /> A year ago while my husband was in the hospital I had a friend of a friend remove a small metal shower stall  </p> and make the shower an open area.  First mistake on my part.  The floor never was level and I asked him to level the floor so the water would not pool in one corner and make it accessible to get in with a wheelchair and level so he could slide in and sit on the shower stool.  I wanted the Formica removed and tile put on the walls.  I was told the Formica would not have to be removed and all that was needed was a rubber baseboard to keep the water from getting behind the Formica.  The baseboard was not put in right and I ended up with black mold along the bottom of the Formica.  The floor was not leveled so the water still pooled in the back corner.  I had him come back to try and fix the pooling problem, what ever he did it didn't help.  Kevin took out the Formica removed all the tile on the floor and went to work.  The Formica was removed, black mold killed, walls insulated, door removed and replaced so it swung out instead of in.  When Wyatt went to level the floor he found the drain pipe had been broken off and just stuck back in.  A plumber had to be called to replace the pipe which held up the project.  Wyatt came back and work on the weekend to level the floor so he could start the tile work on Monday.  We now have a gentle slope to get into the shower area instead a ugly ridge, the water goes down the drain instead of pooping and no more black mold.  I can't believe what a great job they did from the tile work to installing the hand rails to fixing all the other problems.  <br /> I don't care how good of a friend you have go with a professional who has a good reparation and do it right the first time.  You will not only save money but a lot of grief."

In Spring 2017, I called Mr. Castillo back to take a look at a bathroom that needed remodeling. They do all types of jobs, big and small. They never made me feel insignificant for my small bathroom remodel. The job itself was done really well. The demo of the old bathroom was done quickly, they used special drywall that deals best with moist environments like bathrooms. The Pro Services team brought several things up to code, such as electrical, that were not up to code in the old bathroom. I also had them install a proper venting fan which they were able to do without issue. They gave me total autonomy over choosing everything from toilet, sink, shower, and other fixtures, as well as tile and paint. When certain choices were out of stock, they worked with me to get something close to my vision. The team was the total package able to do drywall, flooring tile work, paint, toilet install, shower build out and plumbing work, as well as the previously mentioned electric and fan venting. All top notch. The same can be said for the interior house painting they did for me back in 2015. Pro Services showed me pictures of what was trending in home paint at the time, and I opted to go in that direction to give my home a more modern look. The home had not been painted since the 60s. Mr. Castillo's team got me a good deal on paint, and knew that I was anxious to get moved into my new home, so they worked through the night to get the job done so I could get moved in. There were no spills or slip-ups, and Mr. Castillo is very receptive to feedback, so if you see something needing special attention you are encouraged to bring it up. For the number of man hours spent on the project, the cost of materials, and the attention to detail, I thought the project was very well worth the money and feel that I got a very good deal."

"Inspected and cleaned our chimney, and cleaned our dryer vent. Everything was excellent. Very knowledgeable. My only 'complaint' (if you want to call it that) is that we had sent a couple emails that went unanswered. Called and left a voicemail and heard back within an hour, and received service the next day. So if you want to get ahold of them - calling is your best option!"
