He was very professional in going over what was damaged on our roof, what was needed to be repaired and made it very easy to deal with our insurance company through the process. "Robert is excellent. He responded very quickly and arranged to be out the next day (on a Saturday) to address all of our roofing repair needs. We weren't able to be home for the initial assessment, so he came out while we were gone, took a look at the damage and did some prep-work, then came back a short time later with materials after providing an estimate via phone/text. He did all of the work requested and even additional areas that he was able to identify from the roof, that we hadn't yet noticed from the ground. He's very fair with pricing and a good honest guy. Will definitely use him when we need a new roof. But we may never need one if he keeps doing such a great job fixing us up when we have troubles!"
