"Great install/product (so far—brand new unit): However, before Blizzard Jan 2025 heard Optimize electrical panel door rattling/“clanking” when I was outside wrapping pipes before blizzard—asked Optimize to check panel door to ensure it’s flush/secure so snow & ice cannot penetrate their electrical box since NEW. Optimize came to check & said there is nothing they can do with loose/rattling panel door, “not to worry”, that no moisture can get to wiring….?? Door is so loose, you barely press the door & it sinks in/a LOT of play. Tech said they have to “allow some air to get inside box”?? Optimize CHARGED me $150.00 to check loose electrical panel door & did not tighten door.. (DEMCO’s generator panel door, installed by Optimize’s electrical panel, is tight/no banging….??). There would be no banging if Optimize panel door was not loose! Once Generator is installed, you have to pay $150.00 for Optimize to come out to check anything you are concerned about with new Unit, post install."

"Do NOT use Surgi’s AC (Southern Air)!! They are crooks and totally wasted my time and I’m still waiting for them to refund my money. Eddie gave me a quote to move my condenser, $3763 but I could get a $513 “discount” for getting a membership with them ($239 for 2 AC PM’s a year) which came out to $3249. So I paid $239 to get membership and then they send a new quote and voila! No discount. They also charged me $89 for “service call” to come give me estimate to do work which they didn’t tell me about when I called. (My unit wasn’t broken, I just wanted it relocated in my yard.) Then no one will return my calls for two days!!! I finally got through to a manager (“we do honor our quotes, we just had a glitch in the system”) and I should be getting a refund after almost a week and half a dozen unanswered calls. Stay away!"

"We had a 22kw liquid cooled QS Generac installed. Since installation, we have had 3 gas leaks and it wasn’t even working since install. We were told they wouldn’t come out until final walk through and not to worry since there is nothing in the Gulf. Ok, fine. Today was the final walk through and it was not a great experience. We were told that we still owed $600. We gave them a deposit of $600 in March that was to go towards the balance. We have an invoice, sales order and initial contract that all have the same amount owed total. No where does it say the $600 credit was applied, even under the payments/credits section. The only difference was the initial contract has the concrete pad and the recent invoice and sales order had a stand. Still the same amount due. We even called the company before to verify the amount and we’re told that it was $20,108.34= $600 off from deposit. So, that’s the amount we got in a check for them. When I called, I was sent to Craig. He was condescending, rude and outright degrading. When he realized we weren’t going to agree and we’re at an impasse, I apologized saying I was sorry we got here and his response was to tell me that “yes, you are sorry and you should write a check for $600.” He went on to tell me that he didn’t know what world I lived in but he lives in the “real world” and that you pay what you owe. We don’t owe anymore. If we did, the contract, invoice, sales order and phone call should have said so. He even went as far as to say that it’s obvious we don’t have money and so, could not pay the $600. No, I’m just not paying more for what I’ve already paid for. This is not great business and disgusting behavior from a manager. Do better and check your contracts."
