I have been in the construction field for many years. I have experience with general repairs and maintenance. Drywall patching and repair, light fixture and ceiling fan installation, television mounting, faucet and toilet repairs, door trim and hardware fixes, yard clean-up and small outdoor projects.

"Audra responded immediately to my email and provided a free estimate and detailed explanation of services, answering several follow-up questions patiently and professionally. She then provided a written contract and documentation of insurance and set a date for the house to be washed and the algae removed. At the last minute, I added the deck to the agreement, and we were charged only a nominal fee for the additional work. The work was begun on time, and I was given a walk-through before the cleaning began so that I understood exactly what the process entailed. Our house has several additions, dormer windows, and hard-to-reach areas on the outside of the second floor, but these were all free of algae by the end of the three hour job. The algae was really bad all over the north side of the house, and Exterior Pro Wash managed to remove ALL OF IT, leaving not trace. They even removed the algae from the clothesline holder, cellar door, and from behind the water barrels, doing a very detailed and thorough job. The vinyl looked new again. All the algae between the banisters on the deck railing was gone, and even the windows were not spotted or streaked. This was a very well-organized, polite, professional-yet-friendly and customer-satisfaction-driven business experience. I looked into other house-washing companies in Springfield, and none could give me the guarantee of coming back to finish the job should I not be satisfied as Exterior Pro Wash did. "Went very well.  We requested additional work when he first came.   Beling he had another job set after us, he completed as much as he could and came back the next day.  Had to adjust our time the next day as the place he was working took longer.  Came when he stated he would and finished us up despite it took him till 7:00.  Very friendly, easy to work with and and appreciated all his efforts.  We have a 2200 sq. foot home, on a pretty good slope so it took extra 'effort' to get to all areas.  All looks GREAT.  We now need to stain the deck. <br />"
