Jack the owner and his associate are very professional, reliable, knowledgeable, honest Christian and very reasonable and fair. They got it done. I highly recommend Moretto Plumbing and Design. He even called the next day to make sure everything was good. You will not be disappointed."

"They were not prompt. We scheduled an appointment and he showed up a day and 2 hours early. Luckily I was here, so they came and did the job. We just had a personality conflict. I'm sure that his work was just fine but he didn't actually attach it into the hole. He was very expensive. I have had plumbing issues since and I had used a different plumber and I will continue to use them but will never use Royal Flush again."

"We call them once a year to make sure that everything's fine, but we don't have a contract. The check up was very thorough and we were very pleased, is around $150. We had him 3 years now. We like them very much. I don't think their price was out of line. It's a general maintenance to make sure that you don't have a breakdown on the hottest day of the year or the coldest day of the winter. I mean, it's just smart to take good care of things. One person comes out to do the service. I'm sure they would send more if there was a problem, but this is just a check up."

"As noted in other reviews, it took a few days to get him here. Wife on phone is lovely and set up an EXACT time. Mr. Cox was here 10 minutes early and performed job as expected. Exceptional in cleanup and not making mess to begin with. A very nice man. <br /> He diagnosed and attempted to repair a part that needed to be replaced before ice maker will work. This was really a job for refrigerator repair man, but he tried. Gave me the part and told me exactly what to do. <br /> I asked both Mrs. and Mr. Cox if they had read their Angie's List reviews. They had not and seemed surprised that people had cared enough to write good ones. <br />"

"Matt and Dallas arrived at our home at the scheduled time, they were very polite and professional. Within twenty minutes they located a leak just outside our home. I was pleasantly surprised they did not try and push additional services on me. In fact, they said it would be a while before they could come out and fix the leak, and they recommended contacting another plumbing service. Overall, I greatly appreciate the service provided by American Leak Detection and I would recommend them."

"It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."

They were great, very thoughtful about spacing, symmetry and how the fixtures placement looked In the design. Stayed late to insure we were leak free, and always called right back if I needed something. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, right? I would definitely have them back."
