There's no reason the job should have taken that long. There were probably no more than 10 days when people were actually at my property working. Weeks would go by without any progress. I would be told they would show up on a certain day and resume work, but then nobody would show. Toward the end I nearly hired another company to finish the job so that it would get completed. <br /> <br /> Talking to Greg at the end of the job, he said that he took on too many jobs and fell behind and that weather slowed him down. If you hire him, I would suggest getting everything in writing up front including when the job will be completed. This is especially important for any job that can't be completed in a single day. I did not do this, and I regretted it. I personally would not hire him again based on my experience. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />"

"The weather played a huge part in our project with the cold and rain. They couldn't come out Saturday due to the continuous rain They took out the deck on Friday and installed a few posts for the framing of the deck. They couldn't come out Saturday due to the continuous rain. On Monday once the guys got going they worked fairly fast and were very thorough in the supports of the deck. I had to have the deck built around our hot tub so that played a huge part of the supports and framing around a couple trap doors I needed placed. Of course issues came up as the deck was being built, but the workers talked to me about it and we came to a solution as how to keep the project moving and in budget. We had benches built and a couple tables at the ends of the benches. Overall we couldn't be more satisfied with the deck and when it finally gets warm and stays warm we will be able to enjoy it more. The workers were very professional and cleaned up all the mess when they were done. <br />"

"As I say, when the leak took place in our laundry room, we brought in Troy Bain and his company. He quickly fixed the pipes, filled in the hole, and created a beautiful new tile floor in the laundry room and adjoining bathroom. Then, during the long period that the condo association resisted paying for the rest of the interior work we needed done, Troy continued to advise us. At the point when the condo association did at least request bids, Troy submitted the one that was most reasonable. After the lawsuit finally was settled, my wife and I hired Troy to do the massive amount of remaining work. We then left town for three-and-a-half weeks in order to give him and his assistant time to do most of that work without our being in their way. The two of them did a great deal of plaster work, painting, rebuilding of walls, investigation and fixing of leaks, repairing of floors, and much more. They also replaced our front door and repositioned it and some of our interior doors as well. All of that took just over four weeks (the time we were away plus several additional days), and when they were done, our home was essentially reborn. We cannot begin to describe what a massive job this was, yet Troy found ways of dealing with every single problem. Without hesitation, we can attest to the fact that Troy is a master of many crafts, as well as a true artist with plaster, paint, tile, drywall, and more. He also is extremely conscientious. At any rate, once Troy had completed all of the aforementioned tasks, my wife asked him to do some additional plumbing work and to replace all of the cabinet handles and hinges in our kitchen and upstairs bathroom. That work, too, was beautifully and effectively done for just a small additional fee, with the total charges still well under what all other contractors had bid just for doing the most basic initial work needed. In summary, we cannot recommend Troy Bain and his company All Things Done, Inc. highly enough!!! In the future, we will not even consider using a different contractor."

"Excellent service. Prompt reply to email request for on site estimate and prompt visit to home for measuring and discussion on type of fencing best for the property. The weather did not cooperate on starting the job, but as soon as weather permitted work began and it only took two days. The old fence and posts were removed and new posts installed on day one and new four-foot link was installed with re enforcement along the bottom keeping the escape artist dog safely confined. The results are great. All trash and scraps were removed. Not only does the property look good the quality of the materials and work is excellent. The crew and Mr. Gonzalez were professional and respectful and the owner was on premises each day for the duration of the job. This company does construction from a new build to small jobs. I know when I need anything else done, I will call them first. <br />"

"They quoted a very fair price for the work that I requested. Not only did they cut down the tall grass and remove all of the leaves, they went back and cleaned up around the tall grasses with rakes. I plan on using them next year and having them do more on my property."
