"I called Bentley Electric to inspect and bid on several issues. The bathroom fans were  non operational and the kitchen lighting was ugly and fairly dysfunctional.  <br />    Jay made a special effort to come out before his first job the next day to check out the stated problems. His bid was competitive and the required work was scheduled for the next week. Jay called later that night and rescheduled for the next day. The bathroom fans had their motors replaced rather than ripping out the existing fixtures and creating a huge mess on move in day. The kitchen lights were replaced with recessed lighting that updated and enhanced the kitchen/laundry area and will also lower energy usage.  <br />   The work was done in a very timely manner, there was NO MESS, and it came in under the original bid as the fan motors were slightly less expensive. Jay passed along the savings which was an unexpected but very appreciated bonus. I can say that when there are future issues of an electrical nature we will be calling Jay. "We've used Drake's 7 Dee's Nursery for over 30 years in landscaping our  homes and their work is superior.  At our current home, their crew arrived every morning, starting work around 7:30 a.m. and not leaving until 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday.  Due diligence was evidenced in heavy rains as well as dry periods in our weather.  The equipment brought into the yard removed old boulders, dug into hardened rocky ground and prepared the area, so plants, shrubs and trees could grow without problem. Their landscape designer drew up a fantastic plan for the yard with an elegant water feature.  The owner of the business as well as the designer showed up on the premises to make sure work was done to our satisfaction.  Our backyard was transformed into a Garden of Eden and we could not be more pleased.  Drake's 7 Dees landscape department is consistent in quality control and they back up their work should any problem occur.  Will we use them again at our next home?  YES!  We highly recommend Drake's 7 Dees Landscaping for outstanding professional services.  They are a bit expensive, but, "You pay for what you get." <br />"

"It went fairly smooth. All the individuals involved in the project were professional and kind. We had a little communication issue with the sub-contractors who did the actual job but got that all resolved easily. The job took longer than anticipated but that was due the removal of existing concrete steps - lots of time involved. However this did not cost us anymore because this was included in the project bid. The sales manager Scott Hartman and project manager Matt Lemon were both very easy to work with through the whole process. Both Scott and Matt came out one Saturday morning during the project because I had some misunderstanding about the design. I was very impressed with them giving the time needed to clarify some design concerns. We look forward to using the patio this summer and already enjoy the landscape lighting."
