"I called Bentley Electric to inspect and bid on several issues. The bathroom fans were  non operational and the kitchen lighting was ugly and fairly dysfunctional.  <br />    Jay made a special effort to come out before his first job the next day to check out the stated problems. His bid was competitive and the required work was scheduled for the next week. Jay called later that night and rescheduled for the next day. The bathroom fans had their motors replaced rather than ripping out the existing fixtures and creating a huge mess on move in day. The kitchen lights were replaced with recessed lighting that updated and enhanced the kitchen/laundry area and will also lower energy usage.  <br />   The work was done in a very timely manner, there was NO MESS, and it came in under the original bid as the fan motors were slightly less expensive. Jay passed along the savings which was an unexpected but very appreciated bonus. I can say that when there are future issues of an electrical nature we will be calling Jay. "We have been working with Drake's 7 Dee's Landscaping since late last summer (2013), when we requested an assessment on our backyard that is not only large and awkward shaped, but also is very steep - there were no plants to speak of on the property - mainly just a lot of slippery mud.  Drew gave us his assessment during our first visit right on the spot, but he then, with our permission, he provided us with a landscaping plan along with a survey assessment of the grade (small fee).  Then, this spring (2014), we gave the go ahead for them to proceed.  Drew worked with us to make sure to work with our desired outcome within the design, including my favorite plants and helped us to select the retaining wall and patio materials. <br /> The project was expected to take 6-8 weeks, and they are right on schedule.  I expect them to be finishing up this week!  The 4 man crew has been extremely professional, conscious of us and the neighbors, and willing to work with us on any modifications.  They have been at the job site around 8am M-F and usually leave around 3:30 or so.  All the crew members work extremely hard - I never once saw them doing anything but working hard.  And they clean up after themselves ... all the tools/equipment put away, excess dirt cleaned up out of the driveway and street as needed, and no garbage is left behind -every single day.  The crew is knowledgeable and willing to answer our questions and offer us any options they might see. <br /> Drew checked in with us and with his crew frequently to make certain everything was staying on track.  There was a level of comfort with this large project that I didn't expect.  We definitely are pleased with the quality of the final product, and with the level of professionalism and expertise that they have provided through this process.  We now have a fully landscaped yard with the entire property being usable and beautiful - friendly to birds, bees, backyard critters, and of course people too!  We are already enjoying. <br /> Thank you, Drew, Enrique, and your crew!  We appreciate it! <br />"

Dennis from System Pavers came out and explained that we could have the patio we wanted and that it could be build so that we could drive/park on it. We chose the style and color we wanted and within 2 weeks our project was started and completed! Everyone we were in contact with from System Pavers was knowledgeable and friendly. Our project manager, Jeremy, was here daily to check the progress and answer any questions we had. Eduardo and his crew were very efficient and hard workers.
