"Full siding and trim replacement . Only took 4 days to complete Job. Clean up was awesome. Great price"

"Had to watch over this crew doing the job. Painter on job seemed to have a hard time doing what I wanted on every request. I have a cedar home and crew tried to replace fascia and soffit with pressure treated wood instead of cedar as discuss in contract. Was suppose to be hand brushed but used sprayer. Damage front gutter from ladder and told owner but nothing was done to correct it. Not the type you can trust to do the right thing to correct a wrong on their part."

"We have an 1976 contemporary era home with original cedar siding. I had a hard time finding someone who had experience doing repair work on such expensive and delicate material until I found Vail-Syde Construction. Ruston was an absolute professional and pleasure to work with. He showed up when he said he would, didn’t try to upsell me, was able to source the cedar siding which is not readily available and does top quality work in a timely manner. He and his crew put our house back together beautifully and we are thrilled to have found such a great company to work with. I have hired many subcontractors for our home renovation over the last year and Ruston is a stand out. I plan to use them in the future for all our siding repairs and more."

"I had my siding replaced with HGE. The crew was fantastic, couldn't ask for no better. Jon and Matthew were my project managers for the process and installation. They were very good listeners for all questions and concerns throughout the process which I greatly appreciated. Overall I am very happy with the outcome of the siding and the job they did. If you want quality work and workers that care about what they are doing, I would highly recommend HGE to anyone!"

"Very professional group. Work was performed in three days and included a complete tear down and replacement of the siding, facia, soffit and gutters. Top quality material was used across the board. House looks better than new."

"Ermes does quality work, very satisfied with the siding job."

"Albert came to do our estimate last summer.  He was very knowledgeable and pleasant.  He was helpful in determining the best products for outdoor as well as the indoor projects that needed to be completed (deck, inside stairs, etc).  We decided to proceed a few weeks ago however Albert was not available (going out of town) which initially was concerning to my husband.  Albert assured me at his initial estimate that his crew was meticulous so I implored my husband to proceed with the project instead of delaying.  We are so happy that we did!  Elian came with the rest of the crew and worked tirelessly to smooth the walls, prime and paint.  They were able to repair a door which had been damaged from the elements making it look new and saving us lots of expense if it had to be replaced.  The weather would not cooperate and started raining from day one but the crew did their best in the elements without sacrificing the quality that Albert promised.  The project ended up going over the 2 days estimated (because of the weather) but we are very satisfied with the work that was done and plan on having Elian and the crew back to work on the outside deck and inside stairs this spring or summer!

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."

"Corey came to our home to do an estimate for deck staining late last fall. He noticed some wood that needed replacement and provided a complete estimate including repairs. Shortly after this, the weather turned cold, so we needed to wait until Spring for the work to be done. By Spring, we noticed the rotting wood siding on the house. Corey added this to the estimate. The crew worked hard until the job was done. They were courteous and professional. We are very happy and especially thankful for the excellent communication every step of the way."
