"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

They recommended <strong> T.J. Harmon</strong>. I called T.J. on July 3rd and told him I had two boots on the roof that needed replacing. I made mention that it was the week of the 4th and a repair later on next week would be fine. He said no problem, I can be out there this Thursday and see what I will need.He done just that...came out about 4pm Thursday and talked with me about the repair,got in his truck went to town,got the parts came back and had it fixed within and hour.  He talked with me after fixing the boots and said the reason they were leaking is because the previous roofing contractor put them on sideways."

Once I selected them to do the work, the weather had gotten really cold and rainy. Therefore, it took a little over 2 months for them to start the job.
