They are very responsive & HONEST!! - After they excavated the sites it was discovered there where Helical piers from a past job of theirs from many years ago... maybe even 20 years ago. Nolan Beery came down to Indianapolis to see the piers first hand - and covered them with their lifetime warranty. I was not the original owner that added the piers... they found the receipt that they did do the work many years ago for a previous owner of my home. "The job went very well and Don kept us informed if something came up. The day he started we ended up having a wedding that evening on our back deck and they were all cleaned up and out of the way. I also had surgery the second day he was there and the noise lever was very tolerable. They worked maybe 3 1/2 days on my 39 square roof. It was in some pretty bad shape. We had about 6 leaks in various spots the year before. we also had him put ridge vent on the garage. Don told us there was no underlay, under the old shingles. He did replace quite a few sheets of board. We have had some rain since, and have absolutely no leaks. <br /> I will call Don again when I need anything done! Again, what an amazing job! If I could post a photo, I would, but I don't see that option.  <br />"

"They did a great job. They cleaned up after landscaping. They were more intuitive to my needs or my design. They recommended products, plants and trees that would do better for the landscape design I worked up, and what I had thought I would like to have there. Everybody told us that they were the most expensive landscapers in the area, and I get what I pay for. I didn't think the estimate was out of the line. They came up with trees that would do better in the vicinity, and the estimate was still in line. They did a good job, and I was happy with it. It has held out beautifully, and the plans that they put in place as opposed to the ones I wanted they are holding up. We are in northern Michigan so they are surviving. They withered over the first year, and slight surviving in summer, and once we get snow removed we can see how the rest of them have withered over. The trees also are feeling great. The responsiveness was excellent. I would absolutely use them again in the future."

"Removed I door and two large windows on one wall, and replaced with two smaller windows. Removed To Large windows on the and installed a doorwall, all this was done in the sun room.  Also, removed french doors and and opened the sun room up to the rest of the house and installed a knotty pine ceiling.  Family room removed four large windows and installed a picture window and two umbrella windows."

"No surprises here...accurately measured square feet and stayed dead-on to estimate amount. Toby (owner) was involved in all aspects of installation and was very detail concious. He and his staff were professional throughout and am very happy with the work they accomplished. He was willing to haul by wheel-borrow the concrete needed for the side entry door slab. <br /> I have give Bigford Concrete and Masonry cudos for being an honest company. My first estimate was with a company out-of-town and their estimate was around 280 square feet off and $970 more than what Bigford charged. <br /> I would recommend this company to anyone! <br />"

"They arrived on time and did a thorough inspection. But I was very disappointed in a few things. One, they asked me for a match to light the pilot. I had one match in the house. Seemed odd they would come without matches when they are inspecting a fireplace. Later, one of the employees had a box of matches in his hand. Was he too lazy earlier when he asked for one and did not want to go to his car to get his matches? I don't know, but that was a put off. Two, they could not find the switch for the fan. It was on the wall next to the fireplace. I cannot believe I was disturbed from getting ready for work to show them a switch on the wall next to fireplace. Three, they could not get the fan to work. I had to ask them if they checked the fuse box to see if it was turned off. Of course it was. These, to me are simple steps and troubleshooting measures that any person coming to the home would know to do. If they cannot figure out simple things like these, it makes me feel uncomfortable. <br /> To pay $189 for a gas fireplace inspection for a fireplace that does not produce heat and is for show only seems really high to me. I am more disappointed because I have had them come out before and do work and in the past were very professional and did an excellent job. I was disappointed this time. I am not sure if I would use them or not in the future. I marked yes because there is not an unsure option. <br />"

"BDRY overall did a good job.  The job took slightly longer than I expected but I don't blame the workers for that.  It is a time consuming process to lay concrete.  The booking agent on the phone should've factored that in.  They really did an excellent job on the concrete.  As far as the actual system, time will tell.  It hasn't rained a whole lot since then but my basement has been DRY!   <br /> The only thing I was displeased with is that when they put back the washer/dryer and sink, the plumbing was leaky.  I called them back asking them to fix that, and they were very responsive to my request. <br /> . <br /> I would give them an A- <br /> <br />"
