"Kris came to our house ahead of time to see the project and estimate the time needed. On the day of service, he was friendly, professional and punctual. When he saw the doors were a bit too tight, he took them back to his workshop to shave off enough for a great fit. He promptly returned to finish the job. No charge was added to his initial estimate. We'll definitely use his services again."

"I love this shop. They are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was very impressed with their huge stock of lamp shades and finials. And they really go the extra mile trying to find shades that "work" with your lamp bases. I needed a couple of repairs and they handled them while I browsed. I also learned something about socket safety and bulbs that work well to preserve those sockets. I now have 2 really good looking lamps in working order. And it was an enjoyable, no pressure experience. The women that own and run the Lamp Mender know what they are doing and they do it well."

"The bottom line is Honey Doers saved me $400. <br>I was set to have a plumber do work that was estimated to be $1000. <br>Rick from Honey Doers re-assessed the water leakage issue and we ended up with a $600 fix which included repair of our sliding glass door to the patio. <br> <br>THis is the second time I'm using them with huge success.  Honey Doers is my go-to home repair service now. <br> <br>"

"A neighbor recommended Gaytee to do the repair work, in addition to the local hardware store. I knew it was going to require custom work but wow was it expensive!! They were very prompt and scheduled us quickly (in a few days after quickly stopping by to take a look at it) and it looks great. I didn't have much of a reference for how much it would cost or who could do the work. <br />"

"Bryan, Tom and his team were consummate professionals. They were flexible with our schedule and super responsive and easy to get ahold of when we had questions. They made the estimate, billing and insurance process easy and the work performed was done exceptionally. The team left my place cleaner than when they arrived! I would highly recommend Superior Home Exteriors to anyone considering a roofing or gutter related project in the future."

FAQs for swimming pool remodeling projects in Gaylord, MN

You can modernize your pool by adding features like underwater LED lighting, mosaic tiles, or a beach entry for easy access. Incorporating amenities like fire pits, waterfalls, or installing energy-efficient equipment can also give your pool a contemporary upgrade.

To make your pool more energy-efficient, consider resurfacing it with a lighter color to reduce heating needs and evaporation. Installing a variable-speed pump can significantly lower energy consumption. Switching to low-energy LED lights not only saves power but also enhances ambiance. Additionally, updating old plumbing pipes can improve efficiency and reduce water loss.

A pool remodel typically takes between four and eight weeks to complete. The exact duration depends on factors such as the size of your pool, the complexity of the renovations, and the availability of materials and contractors. Planning ahead and coordinating with a professional pool remodeler can help ensure your project stays on schedule.

Remodeling your pool can be a worthwhile investment, especially if you plan to sell your home. A pool remodel can increase your property's value and enhance its appeal to potential buyers. Upgrades like modern finishes, energy-efficient systems, and added features like lighting or fountains can transform an outdated pool into a backyard oasis.

Resurfacing a pool involves applying a new finish to the existing surface to address cosmetic issues and minor structural concerns. Replastering is a more extensive process that replaces a deeper layer of the pool's structural base, impacting both stability and appearance. After replastering, you can choose from various finishes to enhance the design and longevity of your pool.
