"This company was prompt with their estimate, coming within 2 days of the call. ( Other companies took 2-4 days) Their bid price was the lowest by $300.00. When the city building inspector came, he was pleased with the holes dug ( required 36" deep).  After the posts were set, the guys came back 2 days later to install the fence and fabricate a gate that fits my yard perfectly. These guys cleaned up their materials and left not a trace of their presence except a beautiful fence.  They also answered any questions I had along the way as well as asking questions to make sure the project would work for my dogs."

"This was one of the greatest contractor experiences we have ever had. We own three homes including rentals thus regularly are looking for contractors and frankly a little nervous when hiring someone new. Leo was not only one of the most professional people we have ever dealt with, his communication and attention to detail were second to none. We gathered many quotes and Leo was the lowest which on the surface seemed great and we were a bit nervous and he calmed all of our fears. Fencing

"The project went very well. Mr Ethier came out the day that I first contacted him to look at the pillars. He said that they lacked a central post and the right one was badly deteriorated and was providing no support. He recommended replacing the pillars. The next day he called me with a price quote of 977 to replace both pillars. He came out as scheduled on August 27 and was punctual. When he began the project we found there was more that needed to be done. The left pillar was quick to remove and was rebuilt using cedar as I requested. The right pillar was badly damaged by a leak and was completely rotted. The damage extended to the right front corner of the gable where the pillar was attached. This was unexpected and was not included in the original price quote. It was necessary to remove vinyl siding on the gable to evaluate the extent of the water damage. Fortunately it was confined to an area of the front right corner. All damaged wood was removed and replaced. Then the new pillar was put in using the central post of cedar and building around it with cedar. He used a level and everything was measured and done precisely. The aluminum siding was replaced because the old was damaged. The gable siding was also replaced. Mr Ethier was very capable and seemed experienced in handling this type of work. He adjusted the price because of the extra day's work involved. He was very professional and involved me in all decision making and choice of materials and what was to be done. After adjusting for some materials that I picked up (which cost 187), the remaining cost was 1120--which I thought was good considering the amount of extra work that had to be done."
