Stellar kept us informed about each step of the process, from the delivery of materials to the scheduling of the crew. We were provided with photos before the job and given a complete explanation of all the work that needed to be done. After the install, we were provided with photos of the finished job. The job was completed in one day and the finished roof looks amazing. The crew did a complete clean-up of the old roof and a walk around inspection found no debris on the ground. We are totally pleased with the result and highly recommend them for any roofing work you may need."

"The positive: Graves Brothers will provide a quote for PARTIAL Siding projects where most companies won't talk to you unless you need a FULL Siding project. The installation team was quick and did a nice job. The Cons: Deceptive Sales. Your Typical Residential Home Services contactor. I had a complete east side siding replacement quoted. There is a 24" "Jog wall" between the exterior garage wall and the living quarters wall. Their quote included photos that show this wall in one of the views. A second photo shows the entire length of the wall outlined that includes this jog wall, but they did not replace the siding on this wall. A conversation BEFORE the project work started questioned if I intended on having the wall replaced and it was agreed that it should have been part of the proposal. The installers DID NOT replace the siding on this wall. I asked for a simple $500 credit and was willing to settle for a $350 credit which was more than fair. The Salesman insisted that seeing the wall was not assigned a "wall number" therefore it was not included in their proposal. Graves Brothers displayed ZERO interest in coming to a mutual agreement on the discrepancy. Update 7/19/2024: After continued conversations, the Sales Rep finally conceded that after speaking with his installers, that the work WAS included in the initial estimate and should have been completed. I gave Graves Brothers the option of discounting the price or returning to finish the work. They chose to finish the work which is scheduled this week. IMO, Speaking to his installation team should have been done PRIOR to him taking a flat stance with me that they were right and I was wrong. Give Graves Brothers Home Improvements a 3-Star rating for (finally) doing what was right. The installation was done well and the installers were professional, courteous and cleaned up well. Just make sure you document all conversations and get them in writing up front."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"When I decided to get new siding for my house, I had a two-page list of other items I wanted to address besides replacing the siding. My list included removing the brick skirt in front, squaring off the garage door opening, removing unnecessary gable vents, installing new storm doors, and replacing a side door into the garage with a window. When Jesse Avery arrived to discuss the siding estimate, I think he was a little surprised by the list of additional work. We walked through all the items on the list and Jesse took notes and measurements, saying he’d need to work with his boss to come up with an estimate that included all the extra work. When I received the final estimate, I was happy with the detailed cost breakdown and reasonable grand total. I also liked the type of siding they used, Charter Oak, since it was higher quality than other brands I’d looked at and offered many more color options. So, I happily accepted the proposal. From the start of the project, Jesse was great about staying in touch with me about any changes or issues. I was having trouble deciding on a siding color, which is a daunting task when you realize your whole house will be that color! Jesse worked with the siding vendor to get addresses of buildings that used the siding colors I was considering so I could see how they looked before I made my final choice. After deciding on a color, Jesse provided a mock-up illustration of my house in the new color, and I knew I’d made the right selection. Once the siding work began, I was amazed by how fast the job went. The siding crew arrived by 7 AM every day and stayed until it started getting dark, taking time to clean up the site at the end of every day. The crew was outstanding, working very hard and reaching out to Jesse quickly whenever they found any issues uncovered by removing the old materials so the project could stay on track. As a result, the job was done in five days! My neighbors have given me a thumbs up on my new blue house, and contractors working on other projects for the house have also commented on the excellent quality of the work.
