"They came and did a good job at the price quoted, finished in a timely manner. One major problem, the expansion joints were cracking with in one hour after the pour., because the fill dirt was not compacted before the pour,the driveway now has long cracks forming perpendicular ( right down the middle) to the expansion joints. If you use them make sure they are not skipping this essential step to compact the substrate, once you pour it is too late. I had Sal come back and see what was happening and he offered no remedy, just said it will be ok. The new driveway is not even 6 months old. I stayed off of it for 7 days as recommended while it was curing. Buyer beware."

"Elite Bobcat concrete came out to give an estimate on 7/11/24. Agreed to the estimate for 2700.00 total on same day. Provider showed up on 7/15 to dig out sidewalk, his equipment didn’t work so they dug it out by hand. Then they framed the sidewalk so It would be ready to pump on 7/17. They were going to start at 12 noon. We got a call from the concrete company saying we needed to pay them for the concrete. (This was unknown to us at the time. We paid for it with a credit card. Elite Bobcat showed up without a pump that was included in the estimate. They wheelbarrow the entire 2.5 yards of concrete in. We were concerned that it would cause a mess on the existing sidewalk. They poured it and it was going to rain. They left us used plastic for us to cover the sidewalk if it rained hard. They said they would return the next day to finish pulling the wood form out. My husband paid them and even tipped all 3 workers as well as providing them water as needed. I would like to be reimbursed for the pump cost of $950.00 as well as 50.00 for removal and disposal of the wood. This was very upsetting to us as we were good to them. They were called a minimum of 3-8 times to determine when they would finish by picking up the wood from the framing. They never responded. I used another phone number and got the owner and he said just put the wood in the street."

Mitch and his wonderful service and thoroughness of coming out and looking at my property and giving me a quote And being very detailed in the explanation, making sure I understood the product they would be using the reasons behind it and the timeframe. I felt like he really cared and showed a sense of urgency for my situation. Having a hole open up under your sidewalk traveling under your porch and having a four-year-old is pretty urgent to me and Mitch showed that it was urgent to him also. Then the foreman Rey and his team that showed up while I was out of town for business and FaceTimed me and took pictures and kept me informed throughout the entire process. If I could give you 10 stars, I would. I would hope to never have to deal with a situation like this again, but I feel blessed to have come across this wonderful company and these amazing individuals that took care of me and my"
