"John replaced and fixed floor joists, Repaired work that AFS messed up. (their jacks were leaning , some didn't even touch the beams.) They cracked Joists because of improper work. John fixed all of that and leveled the floor they were suppose to do for far less than the $10,000.00 they charged. He explained everything he did along the way and took pictures of the work under the house to show us as we are elderly and cant go under there. I won't hire anyone else to do any repairs for us.
