"Like most people, there are certain things I look for when I hire someone to do work for me: honesty, quality of work, and price (in that order).  Environmental Painting Alternatives more than stands out in each of these areas... they SHINE!  I have never before been so pleased with the experience or the end results of having my home painted.  I was provided with a written contract that clearly outlined what was to be done.  I did not even try to negotiate the price since it was lower than I expected.  They even took the time to discuss with me the purpose of different kinds of paints to be sure of what I wanted and what I needed so that I would be well informed and happy with my selection of the paint to be used.  Before they began painting they pressure washed the outside of my home and even the windows were clean... on the outside at least.  After repairing any cracks or flaws they applied two coats of paint.  The men were especially polite, considerate, quiet and kept everything neat and orderly around the outside of my home as they worked (being careful to respect all of the strict rules of the retirement community in which I live).  They finished the job in the time they had told me they would and left everything clean and in place before they left.  When I inspected my home I was amazed that I could not find one single flaw or mistake.  My home has never looked so nice!!  I would not hesitate and would be most pleased to recommend Environmental Painting Alternatives.

"Working with P&C contractors was an absolute pleasure. We are going to hire them for more work immediately since we were so impressed. They work long days (even in record heatwaves) and pay attention to the smallest detail. Peter, the owner, is honest and beyond fair in his pricing. If you need concrete work, Landscape or irrigation work, stop looking and hire this company. They prepared the base for two large walkways and the apron for a four car garage and an RV garage. Several inches of base had to be laid and tamped before the reinforcement mesh was placed and concrete was poured. The finish of the concrete is outstanding, and they were sure to pressure wash any splashes that occurred during the pour. A protectant product was also sprayed over the concrete to help stop cracking. They were all very respectful of the property and picked up after themselves. Peter and his crew were extremely hard-working, friendly, honest and thorough. Best company we have worked with in a long time."

"Scott and his crew saved the day. We had a bad contractor mess up a big steel building project. He wasn't what he said he was and he messed up the dig for our footer and slab for a 2400 square ft building. I called Scott and he came right away that day to assess the issue/damage. He took on this big project to fix the fubar this previous guy caused and Scott and his crew did an amazing job they poured 100+ yards of concrete for the slab and 2 approaches. I can not say enough positive things about Scott and his crew. These guys busted their buts for days in the rain at times and 16+ hours a day. They have our business for life. "The project got off to a bad start because the first crew didn't seem prepared for the size or scope of the job and said they needed to talk to their project manager who was out of the office. The job was supposed to start on a Tuesday but didn't start till Friday which cost me a couple extra nights in a hotel. Once the new crew started the project progressed quickly and they worked over the weekend to try and recover some time."
