Viking was highly recommended by a party that just recently had used them. We contacted them, provided pictures of the problem, and were given a quote over the phone. First company who gave a quote from looking at the picture, we didn't have to pay extra for a trip charge. We scheduled repairs for the next day. Aaron called before scheduled time with ETA and was on time.  He was very informative, courteous and helpful. He constantly updated us throughout the repair cycle as to findings discovered once the wall was opened with options. Aaron has pride in his work and reputation. We learned so much from him. A fine young man, which says a lot about his parents. "I called on a Friday about a clogged toilet which we have had issues that seemed never ending from one toilet to next in both men and women’s stalls at our bar. Someone was out to us within a few hours and was able to find the issue with not only the one toilet, but what had been causing the ongoing problem for us, within an hour. The guy Nick that came out, explained it to us in a professional but simple way for us to understand and showed up prepared to work on spot!! I would love to say I’ll be calling them again, but the way our toilets are working, I’m not sure I’ll need to be calling again anytime soon😊 unless someone really does a number on one of the toilets! Highly recommended, great communication and the time efficiency blew me away, I have a hard time these days getting people to show up just for estimates on projects within a week let alone showing up day of call ready to work! "This company is something else. Had 2 new units put in July of 2021?3.5 years later? coil leak. Here?s the kicker- they NEVER closed out the permit and will not preform warranty work. They are blaming me for the permit. I have never seen a company that does not handle their own permitting. They want over $3k to replace the coil just for labor. They also say there was a labor warranty extension that was never offered to me. Aside from all of that, they are rude and condescending. I even went into the office to discuss and the GM would not speak to me because he was walking out the door at 4:33pm. I have no A/C and they do not care. Beware!!! Things have changed there."
