"I was also replacing vanity in bathroom but had a lot of wall work to do before I could hook up new pipes to new sink but was quoted a price that included both. Between the time of my call to set up appointment and appointment my kitchen sink clogged. John was quick to respond after my first contact, looked at pictures I sent and gave me a quote. The technician was on time. He gave me great advice for my vanity, changed all the pipes and said if I had trouble when I go to hook up sink, to let them know. He then snaked out my kitchen (unplanned) and showed me how the water was flowing by looking in the clean out. Cleared it all out. He called and got the amount owed and I thought it was very low. About an hour after he left the owner called me and said the amount I payed included hooking up the sink and wanted to know if I wanted them to send me a refund or put it on the next bill. I told him that I would call if I had trouble with my vanity/sink for him to help and would let him know. 30 minutes later his business partner left me a message for the same thing, not knowing John and I already spoke. I have never been more pleased but it is what I expected since this is about the 3rd time I have used them."
