"FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."

"Excellent service. Professional - the person that gave the quote explained everything very clearly. The Installer (garage door opener and replacement of some parts on the actual door) was excellent and thorough. Tech cleaned up the wiring that was there and added some reinforcements. The previous door had not been installed very well. (Handyman special maybe?) There was an issue with the new opener kicking the breaker so I had to get an electrician our before I could use it. I went from 1/2 horse to 3/4 horse, which the electrician said I didn't I need due to size of door- 1 car small garage. I had no idea what I really "needed". I would recommend company though I think they are a bit pricey (But generally you get what you pay for.) and I maybe should have researched horse power needs before committing."

The old door was steel and had wood rot from water damage, and the molding needed to be replaced as well. I wanted to replace the door only; however, Jerry convinced me to replace everything with fiberglass so I wouldn't have to be concerned about any more water damage. The steel door never fit correctly and was hard to open and close. After Jerry's diligent work, I can now open and close the door with ease. He made sure that I was perfectly satisfied and did an excellent job. He is a true professional, and I cannot say enough about his hard work and attention to detail.
