"On Deck is excellent. They planted pine trees, oak, linden, and maples along with around 60 plants, shrubs and installed an irrigation system. Douglas is attentive, returns calls promptly and follows through on his promises. This is a very big deal for me. He helped design the landscape plan, knows how big or small everything he plants gets, and uses 3D videos portraying what it’ll look like, and takes a lot of my guesswork out. Last and not least, his prices are very competitive. I live in West Washoe Valley and can show all he’s done by going through Douglas first."

They came out 2 days after I called to do a estimate for a dog run fence on side of our house. <br /> I had 2 other companies come out and give bids, one was much higher and the other was a bit lower <br /> but took a whole week to get them out and he showed up late. <br /> We went with a metal bar fence and gates (5 ft high), Tholl was busy, so we had to wait about 4 weeks but they came <br /> when they said they would and finished the job in 2 days!  This was with snow on the ground!!! <br /> Looks great and is sturdy, our 2 huskies love their space (25ft wide x 60ft long)! <br />"

This was a relatively small job for Tahoe Fence but they treated us as if we were their biggest customer.  The posts needed to be placed in a full garden and they were very careful not to damamge any of the plants. The estimate came within a day and the repair was scheduled and done in a timely and very professional manner. "Everything was good, until they did the rear fence post. While digging it out, they hit the gas main. Fire department, police, ambulance, and SW Gas showed up. This was not their fault. The gas line they hit was between two houses and 20 feet from the street."

"The original project was to re-roof the roof where the struts were sagging and other parts had wind damage and shingles missing. Once the project started and they tore into the roof they found that not only were the struts bowed and damaged, they were totally falling apart due to age and the fact that the mobile home was constructed during a time when it wasn't required to have vents installed in the roof so over the years the heat caused the struts to warp. It turned out to be a total new roof. The cost was much more than expected, but I am now a proud owner of a beautiful brand new roof. They did an excellent job in the time they allowed for what they expected to be a far less timely job. I would absolutely use Derek and his team again for my mobile home."
