"About a year ago, after several days of heavy wind and rain, I woke up to my roof leaking into my living room. After trying to contact several roofing contractors, Dialed In sent someone over to take a look. It was too late in the season for them to do the roof replacement last year, but they kindly sent one of their guys to do a temporary repair to get me through the winter. They did the temporary fix for no charge, with the agreement that I would have them do the roof and gutters this year. They were very nice to work with. Their crews were very efficient and had the space cleaned up as soon as the job was complete. I highly recommend."

"We had Benjamin Brothers come out in summer of 2017. They provided us with an estimate that was fair and told us our roof would probably last for another couple years. We held off on fixing the roof and fast forward to June 2018, we had a leak. We called them to see if they could come out to help with the leak. My husband called and was told we would get a call back. Nothing. I called - was told we would get a call back. Nothing. We waited a day to see if we would get a call back. Nothing. I contacted them on Angie's list. They did not respond. After posting a review on Angie's list which discussed my frustration with the situation, the owner contacted me. He reminded me that their company does not do roof repair, just replacement. (Which I had forgotten.) He also explained that he was out of town with a new cell phone number and that may have impeded communication. This is all very understandable. I still however wonder why the person who took my husband and my call couldn't just have told us that they didn't do roof repair. Would have save a lot of stress. With all the above in mind, I still appreciated the fact that the company was very professional when they gave us our estimate in 2017 and they did agree to honor their estimate from last year if we chose to have our roof replaced with their company."

It was a smooth transaction. I selected from a sample of shingles. The crew arrived within two weeks, removed the old shingles, and replaced with new more attractive shingles. The job took two days. They did a complete cleanup leaving no trash or debris. Two sattelite dish antennas had to be repointed, which was professionally done, and at no additional charge. <br />"

"Joe and his crew did a great job replacing my roof. The crew arrived on time and were very friendly. The finished product looks great, and I have no doubts about the quality of the work. I was also impressed with how much emphasis was put on cleaning-up during and after installation. Joe is quick to respond to any texts/messages and very open to asking him questions. I had a question on the warranty and Joe offered to put me in touch with his contact at the manufacturer, and we did a conference call together. The price was also reasonable. Overall, a very good experience."

". Very polite and explained process. Showed materials to choose from. Gutters shown for replacement was 1500 included with protective covers. However when installed they did not have the covers. This was why I had the gutters replaced. It was too high for replacing what I already had there. The only improvement was that the gutters had a cream color now. They also added a strip across a small part of the back of the house to where there was wood and added another $100.00 not included in the agreed cost. The roof was well done and professional. They honored the coupon from angies list and instead of 9200 it ended up 9300. I would have left the gutters the same if I had known that the luver covers were not going to be included like I had discussed. The only reason I wanted to replace the gutters in the first place was to have covers to stop the dirt and leaves. The covers that I had in there were not kept and now I have to go an purchase the same covers. The 1500 was too high to have the same problem."
