The technician, MICHAEL CASH, arrived on time, gave me a very reasonable quote â especially considering the sub zero weather and snow our area had receivedâ ...I had a frozen busted pipe. He repaired/replaced the damaged area with better quality components than had been previously installed. He also without request pointed out some additional areas of concern, which I will have repaired at a later date. "Road Runner called us immediately after submitting the request on Home Advisor and they were at our house within two hours. Our water heater was leaking and they said it couldn’t be repaired and must be replaced. They were able to complete the job the same day and the service technicians were very friendly. The only issue is that it was quite a bit more expensive than I expected. We got a 40 gallon Bradford White Defender installed with a pressure pump and the total cost with tax was $2600. Labor was well over half of the total which seemed excessive, but we were in a pinch so we agreed. Everything else was great."
