They contacted us on the same day and let us know their employee who does the estimates was on vacation and it would probably be the middle of the week before he could come out. Got a call on Monday morning to come provide us a bid. He was very understanding and provided multiple bids since we couldn’t make up our mind as to which type of fencing we wanted. Once we decided we received an email with an estimated start date. This start date ended up being 5 days later probably do to weather. A crew of 4 showed up at 8:15 in the morning. By 4:30 that same day the old fence was gone and the new fence was installed with the yard cleaned up. Extremely happy with the process from start to finish."
