"Before you hire Sears Home Improvement (aka **Transform**), you should first understand and consider just how poorly this company treats its customers. Please understand that hiring this company will certainly result in an excruciatingly painful project. I would neither wish nor recommend this negative experience to anyone. I hired this company to remodel my kitchen. Here are some data points from my project: - The project started 66 days after my contractually promised a start date. No communications were given by a project coordinator to indicate delays, leaving me wondering if/when the project would start at all - When the project finally began, a subcontractor showed up and worked for 3 days to completely demolish my old kitchen, and partially install new cabinets. They left me with nothing functional. - The company then proceeded to leave me stranded for an additional 76 days with no sink, and no way to cook for myself. - They failed to meet their obligation to install a temporary sink (as promised in our contract) and missed their obligation of **substantial project completion** by 61 days. - They refused to complete 2 major scope items (plumbing and electrical work) approximately 100 days into the project, citing information available to them on the first day I signed their contract. They initially offered me credits for only half the cost to cover these items elsewhere, forcing a week-long negation process. The subcontractor who actually did the work in my home was fantastic. However, the company overall caused me so much pain and suffering that my new kitchen is not even worth the final end product."

"John looked over the problem and said he could fix it! Great news to us. He was courteous and efficient and got the job done! And—He left everything clean. Planning to have him do another job for us."

"Great work. The cabinets were good quality and delivered when promised. When there were a couple of missing pieces and we then chose to add some additions they were responsive, timely and responsible for anything needed. Beth is a great kitchen designer...has a good eye for flow of a room, design elements and construction protocols. She was able to direct our General Contractor on changes, additions and plumbing solutions. They don't take credit cards so if you want to purchase through that method it's not accepted."

"Overall the remodel went very well and the finished space is better than we hoped. The staff of High Country Home Improvement, and the plumbing and electrical subs were efficient, skilled, and respectful. From demolition, through framing, drywall, tile, painting and finish carpentry High Country's (Kyle, Cody, Brandon efforts were very good. The project had some unplanned challenges, which were handled promptly and without argument. Even a neighbor commented on the politeness of the workers."

"Kevin's communication style is professional, directed and yet put me at ease. Together we determined achievable goals for the day, developed a plan to achieve them and stayed focused until every goal was met within the planned timeframe. I hired Kevin to help me with cabinetry but I believe that this man could help any person or any business succeed in any endeavor they undertake, large or small. Thank you Kevin."

"Chad did great work completing our basement design from scratch. Several months later I still have no complaints about the quality of his work. I would definitely hire him again."
