"I was so happy with how building designs was able to keep the project within budget. The project took much longer than projected but also recognize that we added many items as we went. Also, kitchen cabinet can not be rushed and they slowed our project down. Building Design was always clear and decisive on budget updates and design choices when needed. There were many aspects of project that I differed to BD for design choice and all have turned out excellent for ouor decor and overall goal. I would and have recommended Building Design to others. "Roger is a gentleman and a professional of the highest caliber. My wife and I are building a home in North Stonington, CT and hired a virtual architect 2 years ago to design our home. After $5,000, and 3 months, we were left with what felt like an intern-level deliverable.
