"I had carpet stretched and cleaned. They did a great job! Would highly recommend."

"Carpet , wood , pergo, vinyl... they do it all! Efficient, professional and personable!"

Hello, my name is Tim. I’ve been in the construction trades for about thirty years.

"Contacted Matt based on high marks on Home Advisor. He scheduled an appointment to meet with me at home, brought samples and I contracted for him to do a craft room in vinyl plank and recarpet our bedroom. His quote was fair and reasonable. The day of the job his crew arrived on time, went to work and demonstrated total professionalism. The work was completed in about eight hours. They carefully moved the furniture, removed the existing floor covering and laid quality vinyl plank and Stainmaster carpet beautifully. The plank was the same as the adjacent great room and hall, and it was laid so the boards looked like they were part of the original job. The carpet installation was flawless. They cleaned up very well and removed all of the old materials. Matt's is a first class operation, professional staff who know what they are doing. I have had some bad experiences with service companies in Delmarva and I am a critical customer. Matt met or exceeded all of my expectations. I would recommend him to anyone."

"Excellent! The owner came out to quote the job and arrived on time when he said he would. I wanted a specific manufacturer of flooring and although they didn't carry it, they worked with the company to get what we wanted. The installation was done expertly. The floors were not even and the installers took the time to use an epoxy to level them out. The final product looks and feels beautiful. The flooring was high quality and the installation as well. I was very happy with the service, installation and follow-up we received from Joel and Nicole at Room Flippers! They care about their customers and delivery what they promise. Joel knows his product and answered all my questions! I highly recommend them! Great business people!"

"Excellent! Communication excellent! Results excellent! Pics sent = helpful. Repairs suggested = helpful! I would recommend Jeff/All American to my closest friends. I knew what was needed for my 3000+ sqft rental and AA performed. Prices are right on par. I will always call All American; House got rented within days of carpet cleaning work!"

"They did a very good job.  I really liked them."

"The needed repairs were performed well. The pricing approach for billing purposes was bit confusing."

"They were super responsive and worked via email and phone with ease. So many times contractors don't return calls in either a timely fashion or at all. These folks were the complete opposite and very easy to deal with. The did a good job for us and we'd definitely use them again, very flexible and great communications!"

"When we called to set up the service, the person who answered the phone explained that this type of service is usually handled thru homeowners insurance and advised that we contact the insurance company, get a claim number and then call them back (saving us money as all we would have to pay was the deductible). The service tech was compassionate and VERY professional. He explained what he wanted to do, asked questions about how we wanted materials around the site handled and carefully cleaned and moved all that were staying. He wiped down cabinets and walls to insure that all fluids were removed. He carefully bagged and removed anything that could not be saved. While I hopdo not need this type of service again, if I did need it, I would not hesitate to use this company again."
