"We had a massive tree we needed removed because the top branches were dying and one of the small ones, 12 feet long, fell off during a storm and hit the house. The tree was a 65-70 foot tall oak. Kevin was the team lead and was very professional and pleasant. He and his team arrived around 9a ready to work. He checked with me to ensure that he understood what I needed, and they proceeded to work. They were finished in about 2.5 hours, and I walked around back to see how the bushes looked.
