Did not have an uncoupling membrane and tile and grout were cracking and deteriorating. Took a little longer than originally planned due to unexpected moisture issues, which were corrected. "It has been quite a long time since I last used them. They primarily had to hang two doors but in order to do that they had to re-do some part of the floor where there was some water damage. I don't remember about how much it cost. They did very good work. It was fine but the only problem was that Mr. Martin Long was primarily a self-serviced person and he had other jobs. So, he was juggling with lots of different jobs and it took a little bit longer than what we had anticipated. The work itself was good but it got dragged on for a little bit longer. I would use them probably for small jobs in the future."
