I had roofing and siding damage from the major windstorm that swept through Northern Virginia in early 2018 so I had to compete for a roofer along with the multitude of others in the area who also were trying to repair their roofs. I contacted Exterior Medics after one firm failed to arrange for an estimate despite having talked to them several times. Exterior Medics fit me in within a week after I called. They kept me apprised as to when supplies would be dropped off and when work would commence. They did the work when promised and finished promptly. The company was great to work with and I will go to them again if I need any additional siding or roofing work done."

"It went fantastic. Dave, the salesperson, came right away. He was professional and friendly. Gave me the info about sizes (we chose the 14-inch), features (it has a solar nightlight which gives enough glow at night you don’t have to turn lights or have a nightlight on), prices, tax break, etc. Since they came highly recommended from our friends in Fairfax Station, VA, we hired them. We had to have permission from our HOA. They approved it with the proviso that the baffle would match the roof color. We got the RustOleoum paint can Dave and Al recommended in the shade of gray that matched our roof as required. Their two technicians came within a few days, Al spray painted the baffle and that was that. In about an hour and a half tops, they installed the skylight. I am SO happy we got this in our bathroom! It’s my favorite room now. No kidding. Wished we had done this sooner."

"We did a lot of research and wanted a roof for our single family home that would last and not have to be replaced after 20-30 years. We discovered the ECO-Star synthetic slate tiles which are made from recycled tires and could be recycled again after they need replacement in 50 - 100 years! This sustainability appealed to us. We’d rather pay double now the price of a shingle roof (1800 ft) and be done with it for good in our life time. The higher price is mostly due to the more extensive work involved. And we are very happy with Riba Construction’s work. The foreman H.B. did an incredible job, communicated well and answered all our questions. He really took his time to meticulously make sure everything was done properly. The company owners came multiple times ether to check in with us or to help with the work. It took a bit longer than anticipated but we’d rather have a job done well than rushed. An Eco Star inspector came out and validated that their product was installed to their specifications. And now we have a 50 year warranty on it. It was a pleasure having H.B. and his crew around. We can highly recommend Riba Construction."
