"The category is not there that I need to select from, it was a sliding patio glass door that had shattered but didnâ Â Â t fall out. Long story short after he measured, sent me an estimate; we kept in touch when it would be in; we connected with a date to install; he was very professional, cleaned up behind himself. I will recommend him to anyone that has a sliding glass door or a window issue that is his specialty very reasonable on price. There was no rush to get it done on my part he kept me abreast because of the pandemic, things were backed up. I was fine with that. Thank you Mr. Cooper"

"Our technician was on time and sealed our storm door to prevent water from leaking in. He also fixed the lock and the screen door on our sliding glass doors making them finally functional again and taught us how to grease the sliding door so it runs smoother. "Terrific, we decided to go w/ Stoneberger because their sales representative spent time advising and guiding us through the options, the colors and styles of doors. She listened to what we thought we wanted and helped us find the right solution. No other sales rep we met with offered that customer service. She also followed up on time and was super easy to work with once we decided on specific doors. Installation also was on time, efficient and went very smoothly. We had one issue that arose b/c of the age of our house and Stoneberger addressed it quickly and beyond fairly. Highly recommend them."

"This was a repair to a closet system, shelf came out of the wall. Mir was easy to deal with, made a date and time which he kept. He worked non stop for about 1 and 1/2 hours and was meticulous in making the required repair, even able to craft a fit for a part i didn't have. Outstanding experience. i will use him in the future!"
