"Mr. Turner provided a design to convert the garage into a home that is visually appealing and kept costs down. He took care of all the permits and inspections (many). All the electrical, plumbing, drywall, insulation and heating work was well done - never a problem in passing inspections. The craftsmanship on the carpentry work is beautiful includes a walk in closet, laundry closet, window framing and baseboards. Bathroom was well thought out-every inch used. Many details I had not thought of Mr. Turner did (led ceiling lights, well placed heaters, lots of insulation added into the walls and attic). They also did an excellent painting finish of the entire house and floor installation. They left the home spotless to include cleaning out the heaters. Mr. Turner provided a detailed estimate with drawings after our first meeting and provided me an update after I requested additional work. This is a very honest and nice company to deal with. We will definitely call them in future for other projects."

"Neel’s just finished installing a 4’ black chain link fence with a 4’ gate and a 10’ gate in my back yard. They were fast, friendly and neat. Unfortunately, two errors occurred that I noticed after they had left. (1) Our yard is somewhat hilly and rolling. It was important to us that the fence be close to the ground so the dogs could not escape. The fence was supposed to be 1”-2” above the ground to allow for easy weedeating. However some places were up to 4” above the ground, too high for the dog that sometimes digs and likes to chase deer and other dogs. (2) Due to bad communication between me and the workers, the 4’ gate was installed in the wrong place. When I called Neel’s and complained about my concerns, they came back within a week and totally fixed both problems. Now the fence is beautiful and doing its job."

"Their work has always been "top-notch." Over the last 25 years, they replaced the tile twice, repaired the coping stones when needed, and last summer installed all new modern coping stones. This spring they are scheduled to re-plaster the pool for the second time in 25 years. They also assist with deck renovation by applying the mastic between the coping and surrounding pool deck. We are always pleased with results of their work. They provide the cost of the work upfront and always stick to the agreed price. Scheduling is tricky as it depends on the weather but once they begin the work, they stick with it until it is done without much downtime for use of the pool."

Wade Pryor’s installed five tall and very tall trees last Spring have survived nicely after the first year. I credit him for proper preparation of the holes, height of root ball and installation of drip irrigation system. "About a year prior to this repair, we had a brand new AC unit installed by another HVAC technician that was hired by our Property Management company and the unit stopped cooling.  The other technician would not even answer calls or emails.  Wayne had completed some handyman work for us before so he was the first one I thought to try to get this fixed.  When Wayne went out, he discovered all the coolant had leaked out due to an incorrect installation.  He even discovered the fan on the outside unit was running the wrong way.  Wayne did a great job of reaching out to the manufacturer of the unit and probably saved us several thousand dollars.  Luckily this wasn't an emergency fix but he still completed the entire project within a couple of days during the middle of summer when he was super busy.  He is always very responsive, communicative and sticks to his timeline.  Highly recommended!"

"I contacted BK based on a word of mouth recommendation from a neighbor. Billy came in and we discussed the job, which was painting the complete interior of our new home. Billy was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He measured each area to be painted and we discussed the pros and cons of various paints from several manufacturers. A couple days later, I received the estimate itemized and detailed. We scheduled the work, and the crew came in and did an excellent job. All details needed, such as masking, etc were taken care of. After we started the job, we had a change of mind about the main color for the job and changed it in mid stream. Billy and his crew were very accommodating and right on the ball. We ended up adding a few areas and ceilings but the crew very quickly and competently adjusted. Overall I was very pleased with the job and the professionalism of the crew. <br />"

They showed up when they said they would, informed me if they weren't coming due to inclement weather, and the job (a considerable amount of work) was done in the amount of time they estimated almost to the day. Concrete replacement work was carefully done. <br /> <br /> I would add: there was no hard sell, no slick reports: just a professional who came to the house, did the estimate, and stated when the work would begin. They were slightly more expensive than some local firms, but I appreciated that they didn't waste my time suggesting cheaper "band-aid" approaches to what was a very serious problem.
