Our “infinite fence” currently is set for twenty seconds of correction if our Brittany tries to leave the yard. A phone call to Craig showed me he is far more that just making a sale and was out to make the proper adjustment that same day. "The work crew showed up unexpectedly. After installation, there is spray paint on our siding from overspray during touch-up. Some screws were not cut off, ties not bent so they have rough edges sticking out, some of the fencing goes under instead of over the horizontal bars, one of the gates did not open properly without my husband's adjustment. No follow-up was ever made for satisfaction or correction. <br />"

"Prizm installed an aluminum fence around my backyard with 2 arched gates. They use high quality materials and did a great job on the installation. My only issue was that no one showed up the first day they were supposed to come do the work and no one called. I had stayed home and was a little annoyed. When I called the owner, he hadn't realized no one showed because his installer had car trouble, but hadn't called him. The installer was able to get out the next day and everything went smoothly from that point on. <br /> The owner was really responsive and I really enjoyed working with him. I had sent my initial inquiry via email very late on a Saturday night and he responded right away Sunday morning. I was impressed and even more once the job was done.
