"Rick responded to our call within 24 hours and set up a time and date the same week for an estimate of the the job. He pointed out the need for a much higher quality of blown in insulation other than what we currently had. He checked to make sure our exhaust fans were properly vented and explained the reasons we had some issues with heating and cooling on the second floor. Improper distribution of insulation, lack of insulation in some areas and a low grade of material were problems that were corrected by Superior Insulation Co. Rick came earlier than expected and completed the job quickly. Our friends next door came over an expressed interest in having their insulation increased as well. Rick was able to add insulation to their home as soon as he finished our house. We are very satisfied with the work. He did exactly what we expected and for the price he quoted on the written estimate.
