"They were reasonably priced but I'd recommend skipping and saving yourself the heartache. I was having issues with the radon mitigation system they installed. After a few days of calling and leaving messages I had no response. Then we finally figured out when they installed the system it only received power when the light switch was on...instead of wiring it to run all the time. Still no response back from them and I am paying to fix the issue myself. Do not go with them."

He was very patient and provided a complete and easy-to-understand description of what is required to mitigate the levels. I asked him several questions and he was very prompt with his responses. "Matt was awesome to work with! We found him after having some serious issues with another radon company. Matt was quick to respond to us and came to take a look at our system right away. After the first company we hired could not fix our radon issue (they came back again after missing a broken rubber cufflink around our fan) Matt returned and performed a thorough evaluation of our basement and current mitigation system. After only a few hours, Matt was able to find the best suction points in our basement. He took apart our system, created an additional suction point via brand new pipes, and installed a larger fan. The system ended up working flawlessly and the radon significantly decreased to normal levels within a day or so. We'd been dealing with this radon issue for months and it honestly seemed like lost cause but Matt was able to fix the issue with ease. We now have complete peace of mind and we're happy to say we can finally enjoy our basement again. Thank you Matt (and Steve!)!"
