Every task was completed on time and to a high standard. He communicated clearly, offered helpful suggestions, and made the entire process stress-free. "Ralph is an awesome handyman He came for an estimate and took time out of his day to complete the job on the spot!! The project was certainly way overdue, but we did not expect it to be done immediately. Ralph did not want to leave the sink in th1e condition it was, so he jumped right on it and did an amazing job! I can't thank him enough!"

"Great job. As a matter of fact I’m calling him back to do kitchen floor."

"There is absolutely nothing negative I could say about Mike's Hardwood Floors. Mike showed up exactly at the appointed time with an efficient, on-the-spot estimate based on measurements. We hired him then and there and set a date. On the appointed date, they showed up with everything they needed and got right down to work. An efficiency expert couldn't make their work more precise. Our floors were old and seriously worn, dark and dirty looking. The previous owners had smoked in the home for decades and had pets as well. When they were all done the floors were like new, better than new even. Several shades lighter, so shiny and clean! I really couldn't believe they were able to accomplish what they did. Whatever they used didn't stink and dried very quickly. All in all, it was an amazingly easy experience."

"Quick, professional, and on time. Got the job fine sooner than expected. Great quality. Would hire again and recommend."

"Beautiful showroom, great help with design, on time delivery, and excellent installers! Did a total kitchen redo and looks beautiful! All questions or concerns answered and handled right away and the installers were always early or on time, and very unobtrusive, neat and polite. Project finished ahead of time and we would use KBW again in a heartbeat. One issue was receipt of a damaged cabinet which they rectified right away and are replacing. Thanks Sara, Jim, Ed and Matt!"

"Everybody was super nice. I believe it was Erika I spoke to on the phone who was very understanding of all my concerns. Jim, the franchise owner, was very helpful with everything including assisting me in picking out a beautiful color. Dominick & Kenny, the installers, finished the job in one day - including clean up! I love my new floor!"
