"My journey began in late Jan. on a whim......I've been in my home for 20 years. My windows had to be 40+ years old. I called 3 different contractors. Once I read the reviews for American Construction I immediately cancelled the other 2 appts. From start to finish, the undivided attention is incomparable. I knew what I didn't want to spend and Greg (sales consultant) was kind in understanding. Also, my only option was a Saturday for installation. The job got put off 3 or 4 times due to weather. Greg stayed in touch consistently. Finally my install took place this weekend 3/3. Dominic & John could not have been more polite, courteous, and friendly. These guys showed up right on time and busted their asses all day. (9 windows) I never even heard them speaking to each other. It was just hustle, hustle!! No breaks, No lunch. Greg & Joe (foreman) showed up later in the afternoon. They hung out till job was complete. They did a walk thru with me. Any little items I may have found...they corrected. They will not leave until you are completely satisfied!! I had noticed some caulking that needed to be done, in addition I noticed my slider not working properly. Dominic stopped what he was doing and addressed that situation and corrected it. Couldn't be more pleased with my new windows or the professional & courteous service. 5 STAR HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"

"I give magic a 5 star rating because, from the knowledgeable and friendly estimator to the scheduler and the install team these guys are pros, this is a family run business and I can tell because they take pride in their work. Magic was very competitive in the bid price, which to a blue collar family like ours that means so much. The day of install 6 or 8 guys showed up and everyone knew exactly what they needed to to. Our roof and fascia was replaced in 1 day and the gutters the next, and when they were gone it looked as if they were never hear except we had a new roof. So if your shopping for a new roof or siding You must allow magic the opportunity to give you an estimate. You won t be disappointed, we weren t!"

"We hired Bob from Design a Castle Remodelers after meeting with several contractors and speaking to at least three homeowners who had nothing but great things to say about him and his team. He was honest and up front about what would be included in the quote given and possible adjustments we might expect if unseen issues were found once the old siding was removed. His quotes were almost to the penny and there were no surprises. He suggested and we went with replacing the gutters with slightly larger ones which has now stopped water from overflowing the gutters even in the heaviest downpour. Once Bob and his team started the project he made sure to stay in constant communication about anything needing to be fixed or changed from the original plan and quotes. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
