"We had several issues when working with them on the installation at the beginning of the summer that were attributed to a sudden change in staffing. Understandable. Then following the install we had to have them return because the screen for the door wasn't aligned correctly. Aggravating, but not the end of the world. Now just a few months later the door is making a loud clicking sound just before it closes. It's louder than the ancient metal-framed door we replaced. We scheduled service for earlier this week and they never showed. We called that evening and didn't receive a call back until three days later. During that call there was no apology and no explanation provided until I asked why they never showed. The excuse this time was a new scheduling system. Because I wasn't available at a time that was convenient for them, we're stuck waiting another two weeks to have someone look at it. Very disappointing."

It was a couple of days before Covid shut everything down so they hurried to get everything done for me. "I was very excited to get brand new windows because the old ones were in such a bad state; however, since this was a big job that cost a lot of money, I was nervous at the same time. I can honestly tell you that all of the people I experienced during this process were extremely professional and I would highly recommend them. I purchased the Pella Architectural Series windows. I know that I could have gone with a vinyl or fiberglass window, but I had my heart set on Pella wood windows. These windows are beautifully crafted and have made such a difference to the look of my home, as well as the temperature. My house is so warm now and the look is truly elegant. Everyone that I encountered in this process was warm, organized, and thoughtful. Rob (the salesman) was punctual and sat with me for a few hours designing the plan. I never felt rushed or pressured. He was very patient with the revisions I kept making and even worked with me to save me money. Mike the project manager was great to work with as was Lanie the scheduler. They were always kind and respectful any time I had a question or concern. Finally, I can't say enough about the installers. Ben, Steve, and Bobby were a pleasure to work with. Their skill level is truly amazing. They worked together so well, and got the entire job done in 2 days. They kept the mess to a minimum and thoroughly cleaned up when the job was completed. It was freezing cold out the entire time and the snow was relentless; however, the weather conditions did not stop them. They worked fast and smart and I can't sing their praises enough. If you are looking for beautiful, quality windows as well as a professional team to guide you through the process, I feel you won't go wrong with this company."

"What an amazing experience!! We bought our home four years ago and we needed new film on the door/window combo then, but we had a long list of things that needed to be done and it could wait. Well, now it was time. I purchased the Big Deal to replace the film on the door/window and to add it to two third floor windows which let in an astonishing level of heat and light.  <br /> I called and talked with Tony and he helped me figure out what type of film would meet our needs. He was able to come within a week. He was wonderful. Extremely personable and professional. We all enjoyed talking with him, he was efficient and neat in putting everything on, and it is just fantastic! The heat level in my kitchen dropped five degrees and the difference on the third floor is just amazing. Our A/C doesn't run as much and the floor remains quite comfortable throughout the day. Also, the room has excellent light but it's not overly intense. <br /> Now, we want all our windows done! We will definitely use Tony again. He even sent me a text saying that I didn't use the full 50 ft in the Big Deal and he'll credit that to a future job. <br /> I highly recommend Tony. "The crew showed up on time and in force.  They had the drains and everything else installed in two days.  They even adjusted the placement of the sump pump at my request at the last minute.  They crew was courteous and good natured.  They cleaned up all of the rumble and took everything with them.  The cellar wall took two days as well.  and again the crew cleaned up after themselves.  They made the whole ordeal as painless as having your cellar jack hammered apart can be.  A few months later when I was having issues with the garage drain, I called them and they assisted no questions asked. <br />"

"Mike Isbir walked the surrounding properties to determine the cause and source of the stormwater. The four man crew installed a catch basin at the back corner of the property with a 4-inch pipe underground connecting with a front yard stormwater pipe. They worked their way around large old trees with out damage which was impressive. The crew also added a swale filled with river rock across the side property line to capture and slow any additional water flow. The look is really a finished one. A second project was to eliminate water at the front of the house by raising the basement window wells, banking the beds with topsoil & mulch, and replacing limestone slabs & sealing the front porch. The entire project went like clockwork. They came when they said and were finished in two days. Mike Isbir and his crew are knowledgeable professionals. An excellent company!"

"Mike has been installing and fixing regular windows and stained glass windows for over forty years. He is extremely knowledgeable about windows and glass work of all kinds. He often repairs stained glass at churches in addition to his regular window work. Moreover, he is also a genuinely nice guy, responsible and fair in his prices. His son Phil is also a really good guy too. It is rare that you see such craftsmen of this caliber in your neighborhood. Both men are army veterans too and it feels good sending my business their way knowing that they served our country. His installation of my windows was flawless as was the repair work he did. My house is almost 100 years old so it required a tender expert touch to put the new windows in and get the old ones I didn't replace to open. Mike did the work with skill and aplomb. <br />"

"It's been great. They actually showed up for their appointments, they show up on time for their appointments that is one of the reasons why we decided to go with Angie's List because when you had problems with them, like never showing for appointments and we work 50 to 60 miles, depending on myself or my husband, away from our home, so to come home for appointments in our schedule and have people not show up for them, it was a gigantic problem, because you have to rearrange schedules and needing some stuff and we are constantly having people not show so these guys actually showed each time. They are doing screens and windows for the house and so far everything has been great. They actually did put in a good portion of the screens, one of them wasn't correct so they even didn't have us pay anything until they came back and fix the rest of it today, everything had been good, they've been responsive and everything has been all around good with them, they're friendly, they call back, and they're good."
