He has been doing this work for many years and it shows in the final end product. He and his team work incredibly hard and simply do great work. I have had numerous compliments from neighbors on the front drive pavers which quite frankly transformed the entrance to the house. "Reliability distinguishes the best contractors from the rest. This was never in doubt with Jay in spite of two unavoidable issues that arose prior to installation. Both were handled perfectly with excellent communication. I don’t know what is typical but the sod from Jay’s supplier seems very clean to me. A month after installation I’ve seen only 3 or 4 small weed sprouts from 6,000 sq. ft. of sod. Owing to outstanding site preparation there’s also been almost no breakthrough of preexisting weeds."
