"He did the tasks that I had agreed to and most were OK however he was unable to properly repair the cartridge in a shower faucet and we finally agreed to a partial refund, which he made promptly. We then had to contract with a licensed plumber to properly fix the broken faucet. Also, the townhome that he was working on is occupied by family members in another state and I tried on multiple occasions to have him prepare a receipt for me for tax purposes which I have yet to receive. Apparently, he had some issues with a family member that took his time and I understand that but in general, it is hard to work with someone from several hundred miles away."
